Where are you located?

Nokturnal Watches is located in San Diego, CA.

Are your watches waterproof?

Our watches are water resistant but not waterproof. Please avoid prolonged exposure to water and never submerge your watch.

Do you offer returns?

You may return your watch within 15 days of ownership.

What kind of warranty do you offer?

Nokturnal watches has a 1-year limited warranty on all of our watches. This only covers manufacturing defects and excludes battery replacement, damage to the watch, water damage, broken glass or any normal wear and tear.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do!

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 48 hours. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders arrive in 5-7 days once they have shipped.

Can I make a change to my order?

All orders will be processed quickly so please send an email to as soon as possible so we can fix it for you.

Are you in any retail stores?

At this point in time, our products are only available online.

What type of payment do you except?

We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB and Discover cards.

What type of movement is used?

All of our watches utilize a Japanese movement.

Do you offer custom engraving?

Nokturnal watches does not currently offer custom engraving but it is something we may offer in the future.

Can I have an allergic reaction to your watches?

If you experience any sort of rash from wearing our watches we advise removing it immediately and consulting a doctor. All of our watches are chemical free and made of all natural wood.
